My work is about helping people in Leadership positions come back to their heart space, regain energy and clarity, and assist those searching for their true Lifepath.  


One on One Journey ~ a partnership.

Taking 4 months, we start where you are and get to your next level. Whatever that might be. No forcing allowed. This work will entail coaching, shadow work, meditation techniques, and journaling. Becoming comfortable with discomfort. Learning to think outside the box and trusting our intuition. Playing. Learning what preserves and builds energy.
